Policies, Pricing, and Shipping Information
Thank you to our many customers for your continued support! Established in 1981, Deltamedia.com also known as Cassette House, A Deltamedia company. We sell to Consumers, Business, Schools, Churches and Government Agencies. We have been selling online since 1989.
Our Customers are important to us and we hate spam as much as you do. We do not share your information with anyone! By submitting any order through our websites you agree to our policies.
Orders & Payments
We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders , and PayPal as payment methods. We do not accept international credit card number. Please note that we may ask you for further information on orders being shipped to an address other than the billing address. All new customers will be contacted for order verification. This is to prevent order errors and also Fraud.
If you need to return any item please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
- A return merchandise authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns.
- All product returns must include the original packaging/invoice and any related promotional free items
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products
- Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy
There is a 15% re-stocking fee. We do NOT accept returns on opened or used products - of any kind. It is the customers responsibility to insure all returning items. Once the item is returned, undamaged, we will credit your card or account for the item less shipping. Bulk Loaded audio and video tapes are custom loaded and cannot be returned. We will of course replace any defective tapes. Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt of order.
Replacement Guarantee: We will replace defective product reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the order. We require 2 pc. of defective products sent back to our Ontario office for testing and evaluation.
Back orders: We try to keep all items in stock but we are sometimes sell out of an item. We will notify you in the event of any delays due to this.
Audio Cassette Repair Service: We are unable to provide any warranty on the cassette repair. This is due to the age and unknown condition of the original cassette. We are not responsible to any equipment malfunction or damage related to repaired cassette or other products. We are unable to repair any water damaged tapes. We have to cut off damaged portion of the tape so we can splice the tape together. We have to break open cassettes without 5 screws and transfer it to a new cassette shell
Shipping – Shipping cost is shown clearly when you place your order. We usually ship your order the following business day from the date we receive it. We ship via UPS Ground within the continental 48 states. We use USPS for Alaska, Hawaii and other International destinations. We do not offer "Saturday Delivery" option. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. No changes to orders or shipping address once the order is placed and confirmed by payment. UPS only allows 3 delivery attempts and there is no exception. If no one is there to receive the package, UPS will return the package back to shipper at additional cost. Our client is responsible for additional shipping charges and the original delivery charges.
We try to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. It's easy to be fooled by the low prices of the products and this can make the shipping charges seem high. Most folks do not realize how heavy the products can be and how many cartons an order can take. As an example a 50 pack of VHS tapes takes up one large carton. In any event we try to keep the shipping charges as low as possible.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. Any corrected address (such as an incorrect zip code), move or request that a package be shipped to another address, after we have shipped your order, is an additional fee of $10.00 will be applied to your account. We are not responsible for UPS or FEDEX ability to change the addresses.
UPS or Fedex shipping services provides a tracking number and is a reliable service that most of our customers prefer.
We also offer USPS Priority Mail Service. Please note that USPS only provides confirmation number which is not a tracking number, nor can it be tracked during transit.

Limitation of Liability
Deltamedia is not responsible for typographical errors. Deltamedia makes no determination of the specifications or warranties of the products we sell and shall not be responsible for any damages including but not limited to any defective products and/or late, lost, misdirected or incorrect shipments.
Deltamedia has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information and description.We are not liable for any product informational typographical errors on the website. If you find an error on the website please report it to us for immediate correction. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, Deltamedia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Deltamedia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Deltamedia shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
